Packages shipped to a military address or a PO Box will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, regardless of reason, please follow the directions below:
1) Place a new order for the desired item on our website
2) Return the original item to the address listed on the return label
3) Your initial order will be refunded as soon as the returned shoes are received
Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging.
Due to the time involved in shipping and processing a return, even for an exchange, placing a new order at the same time as sending in your return will ensure that you get the item you desire much more quickly than the traditional exchange method—which would require you to wait until the return had been processed before the item you picked is shipped. This way, your new item will be en route to you while your return is en route to us. We will process the return like any other return and promptly refund you the cost minus shipping and handling.
